Use of Facilities

Members must follow all posted rules and staff instructions while using our facilities. We are not liable for injuries sustained during use of equipment or participation in classes, except where caused by our negligence. Members are responsible for their personal belongings. Use of the facility is at your own risk and you acknowledge the inherent risks of physical exercise.

All content on this website including text, graphics, logos, images, and software is the property of Apex Fitness Studio or its content suppliers and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any content without our express written permission.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our website or services. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you have paid to us in the preceding 12 months.
